Distinctive, highly functional, traditional basket hand-woven by the Darfur women's cooperative in Sudan. The cooperative supports over 215 women, many of whom are mothers.

Darfur baskets are made entirely from bio-renewable sources. The distinct colors on baskets are obtained from natural dyes.
Social impact
- Basket weaving is the sole source of income for the women of the DPDO Women's Center (Darfur Peace and Development Organization), who handcrafted this basket
- Cape Weaver has committed 20% of its annual earnings to the Sekinat & Margaret foundation (SMF). SMF is a registered non-profit organization started by Cape Weaver's founder. The foundation's main objective is to improve living conditions in Africa, particularly in healthcare.
