Our baskets are obtained from a fair trade certified organization that creates and sustains jobs for widows, orphans, people with disabilities and those living with HIV.

- Basket weaving is a source of income for artisans in Uganda
- Cape Weaver will donate 20% of its annual earnings to the Sekinat & Margaret foundation (SMF). SMF is a registered non-profit organization started by Cape Weaver's founder. The foundation's main objective is to improve living conditions in Africa, particularly in healthcare.
