Cape Weaver takes its customer data security seriously and the information that customers provide to us is treated with utmost confidentiality.

 

 

For processing orders, the partners that we deal with and provide your information to are PayPal, USPS, Fedex and UPS, our payment processor and shippers respectively. These companies were selected not only for their excellent customer service, but also for their committment to customer privacy. Cape Weaver does not collect or store any customer financial data - all processing is handled by PayPal.

 

 

Our customer data such as name, physical and e-mail address is not shared or provided to any 3rd parties. The only excepton to this policy is when we are required to do so e.g. a valid legal inquiry, subpoena, or court order.
