You may return any new, unopened item purchased on Cape Weaver.com within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original packaging.

If the return is due to an error on Cape Weaver's part, we will also pay the return shipping costs. Simply send an e-mail to returns@capeweaver.com and we will contact you to guide you through the process.

Once we have received the return, you should expect to receive your refund within 3 weeks. You will be notified via e-mail once we receive the return as well as once the refund has been processed.
