Lara Junaid is the founder and President of Cape Weaver, LLC. Prior to Cape Weaver, she was a consultant at McKinsey & Co. She has also worked for GE within its leadership development program and at Coca-Cola Enterprises.

 

Ms Junaid earned her BBA from SMU and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
